Assign 50 people in 25 different groups to 6 daily shifts and 75 locations each day with an Excel calendar scheduler. After you specify the availability of each employee for each shift each day for the month, you assign them to one or more daily shifts and locations from drop-down menus of people who are qualified and available for the shift on that day. Outputs include location and employee calendars showing personnel assignments for the month.
